Today we finished reading The BFG by Roald Dahl. In this book, the Big Friendly Giant captures Sophie from her room and takes her to Giant Country. These two become great friends. Sophie discovers that nine giants of Giant Country travel the world and eat humans. So the BFG and Sophie try to stop these giants. They tell the Queen of England about these man-eating giants. The Queen orders her army to capture them. After the army captures the giants, they put them in a colossal hole. The Queen builds homes for Sophie and the BFG, right next to her palace!
We loved this book because of all the nonsense words the BFG said. This book made us laugh and laugh!
